Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Be in its original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, odours, or any signs of wear.
• Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
• Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.
If your preferred size, colour, or item is unavailable, you may:

• Exchange for another item of equal value, or
• Pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

We sincerely apologise if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Bodysuits
• Lingerie
• Earrings and selected accessories
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom-made or altered items

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
